Unsere Patientin ist eine 28\u2011j\u00e4hrige Frau aus Norwegen, die zuvor zur Brustvergr\u00f6\u00dferung 475\u00a0cc Full\u2011Height\u2011Implantate erhalten hatte. Mit der Zeit sanken die Implantate ab und verrutschten seitlich. Nach ausf\u00fchrlicher Beratung entschieden wir, sie gegen 525\u00a0cc Implantate mit moderatem Profil auszutauschen, um mehr Volumen im oberen Pol zu erzielen. Wir f\u00fchrten au\u00dferdem eine laterale und inferiore Kapsulorraphie durch. Die Patientin ist sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und hat freundlicherweise ihre Nach\u2011Op\u2011Fotos mit uns geteilt.<\/p>\n\n \n
