A 45-year-old female patient from Switzerland applied to us for sagging in the jowl area. We suggested her a deep plane face neck lift surgery<\/a>, which would provide the most effective and long-lasting results for sagging in this area, which is one of the first signs of aging. On the day of the surgery, the necessary preop tests were performed after a detailed examination. Since the tests came back normal, the surgery was planned under general anesthesia.<\/p>\n

Only a preauricular incision was made without an incision under the chin. After determining the deep plane line, the smas tissue was incised. After the zygomatic cutaneus , masseteric cutaneus and cervical retaining ligaments were carefully dissected and released, the mobilization of the smas tissue was tested. After sufficient mobilization was seen, smas sutures were placed in the superolateral vector. After the excess skin tissue was excised, hemostasis was performed and the operation was terminated. After the stitches were removed 1 week later, we sent her off to her country<\/p>\n
