Our patient is a 28-year-old woman from Norway who had previously undergone breast augmentation with 475 cc full-height implants. Over time, the implants had descended and shifted laterally. After a thorough consultation, we opted to replace them with 525 cc moderate-profile implants to improve upper pole fullness. We also performed lateral and inferior capsulorrhaphy. The patient is very pleased with the outcome and kindly shared her post-op photos with us.<\/span><\/p>\n\n \n
