A 49-year-old female patient from the United States contacted our clinic to discuss facial rejuvenation surgery. Before traveling, we held an online consultation to understand her expectations, evaluate the areas she wished to improve, and plan a treatment approach tailored to her facial anatomy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The surgical plan included a <\/span>natural-looking brow lift<\/b>, <\/span>transconjunctival lower eyelid surgery<\/b>, <\/span>fat transfer to the midface<\/b>, and a <\/span>deep plane face and neck lift<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of the procedure was to address several signs of facial aging while maintaining the patient\u2019s natural facial identity. The brow lift was planned to create a subtle elevation without producing an overly lifted appearance. The transconjunctival lower eyelid approach was used to improve the appearance of the lower eyelid area through an incision placed inside the eyelid, helping avoid an external skin scar in this region.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fat transfer was also performed to restore volume in the midface, where age-related volume loss can contribute to a tired or hollow appearance. In addition, the deep plane face and neck lift was used to reposition deeper facial tissues and improve the contour of the jawline and neck.<\/span><\/p>\n

The photographs below show the patient\u2019s <\/span>4-month postoperative result<\/b>. At this stage, much of the early swelling has resolved, although facial tissues can continue to soften and settle over the following months.<\/span><\/p>\n

Both the patient and our surgical team were very pleased with the progress at the four-month follow-up. The overall goal was to achieve a refreshed, balanced, and natural-looking facial appearance rather than an artificial or overly tightened result.<\/span><\/p>\n

As with all facial rejuvenation procedures, healing and final outcomes vary between patients.<\/span><\/p>\n
