A 56-year-old female patient from the United States contacted our clinic seeking comprehensive facial rejuvenation surgery. Her main priority was to achieve a fresher and younger appearance while preserving her natural facial expression and overall identity.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a detailed evaluation, we created a personalized surgical plan that combined several facial rejuvenation procedures. The treatment included a <\/span>brow lift<\/b>, <\/span>upper eyelid surgery<\/b>, <\/span>facial fat transfer<\/b>, <\/span>full-face CO2 laser resurfacing<\/b>, and a <\/span>deep plane facelift with deep neck lift<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The deep plane facelift was performed to reposition descended facial tissues and improve the contours of the midface, jawline, and lower face. To achieve a more defined neck profile, the deep neck lift was combined with <\/span>submandibular gland shaving<\/b> and <\/span>digastric muscle reduction<\/b>. These additional procedures were used to improve the deeper structures of the neck and create a sharper, more refined cervicomental angle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upper eyelid surgery and brow lifting helped refresh the eye area, while facial fat transfer was used to restore volume in selected regions of the face. Full-face CO2 laser resurfacing was also included to improve skin texture, fine lines, and overall skin quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

The before-and-after photographs below demonstrate the combined effect of these procedures. Our goal was not to alter the patient\u2019s facial character, but to create a naturally rejuvenated appearance with improved facial balance, a cleaner jawline, and a more defined neck contour.<\/span><\/p>\n

We were very pleased with the postoperative result, particularly the preservation of the patient\u2019s natural expression alongside the noticeable improvement in facial and neck definition.<\/span><\/p>\n

As with all facial rejuvenation procedures, healing continues over time and individual results may vary.<\/span><\/p>\n
