A 32-year-old female patient contacted our clinic after significant weight loss, which had resulted in noticeable volume loss and skin laxity across both the body and breasts. Her main goal was to restore a more balanced, firmer, and proportionate body contour while addressing the changes that had developed following weight reduction.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a detailed physical examination and discussion of her expectations, we planned a combined body contouring procedure consisting of an <\/span>extended tummy tuck<\/b>, <\/span>liposuction<\/b>, and a <\/span>breast lift with implants<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The extended tummy tuck was performed to remove excess skin and improve the contour of the abdomen beyond the central abdominal area. Liposuction was added to refine the surrounding body shape and create smoother transitions between the abdomen, waist, and adjacent regions.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the breasts, a breast lift was combined with implants to address both sagging and volume loss. The aim was to restore breast projection, improve position, and create a fuller but still proportionate appearance that matched the patient\u2019s overall physique.<\/span><\/p>\n

An important factor in this patient\u2019s postoperative progress was her continued commitment to regular exercise after completing the initial recovery period. Maintaining a stable weight, following a healthy lifestyle, and staying physically active can help support long-term body contouring results once the surgeon has cleared the patient to return to exercise.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are very pleased with the overall transformation and the harmony achieved between the abdomen, waist, and breasts. The combination of surgery and the patient\u2019s consistent postoperative lifestyle contributed to a particularly well-maintained result.<\/span><\/p>\n
