Notre patiente de 55 ans s\u2019est adress\u00e9e \u00e0 nous pour un rel\u00e2chement facial apr\u00e8s avoir perdu 40 kg \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une chirurgie de sleeve gastrique. Apr\u00e8s un entretien pr\u00e9op\u00e9ratoire d\u00e9taill\u00e9, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser un lifting cervico-facial Deep Plane, un lifting du cou lat\u00e9ral des sourcils et une application de laser fractionn\u00e9 sur l\u2019ensemble du visage.<\/p>\n

L\u2019intervention a dur\u00e9 environ 4 h 30. Apr\u00e8s \u00e9l\u00e9vation du lambeau cutan\u00e9, nous sommes entr\u00e9s dans le plan sous-SMAS ; tous les ligaments de r\u00e9tention ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sectionn\u00e9s afin de mobiliser compl\u00e8tement le tissu fascial et d\u2019adapter le lambeau SMAS \u00e0 sa nouvelle position. Par la m\u00eame incision sous-mentonni\u00e8re, nous avons abord\u00e9 le cou ; le fascia p\u00e9ri-hyo\u00efdien a \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le tissu graisseux profond a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 pour obtenir une belle ligne mandibulaire. Une semaine apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration, un laser fractionn\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 pour les ridules. Apr\u00e8s avoir retir\u00e9 les points de suture, nous avons renvoy\u00e9 la patiente dans son pays et poursuivons le suivi \u00e0 distance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des photos r\u00e9guli\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Fantastic result and service, very happy from start to finish and will be returning for further treatment in the future. Dr Ak is a genuinely nice, knowledgeable and competent surgeon who will do what he can to safely and realistically meet expectations.
