Lors de la consultation, elle a soulign\u00e9 que la pr\u00e9servation de son expression faciale naturelle \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement importante pour elle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ses principales pr\u00e9occupations concernaient la <\/span><b>r\u00e9gion des paupi\u00e8res inf\u00e9rieures<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et le <\/span><b>rel\u00e2chement du bas du visage et du cou<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Apr\u00e8s une \u00e9valuation faciale d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, nous avons planifi\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure compl\u00e8te de rajeunissement comprenant un <\/span><b>lifting des sourcils<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, une <\/span><b>chirurgie transconjonctivale des paupi\u00e8res inf\u00e9rieures<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un <\/span><b>transfert de graisse vers la partie m\u00e9diane du visage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et un <\/span><b>lifting du visage et du cou en plan profond<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le lifting des sourcils a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour rafra\u00eechir subtilement la partie sup\u00e9rieure du visage sans cr\u00e9er une apparence excessivement relev\u00e9e ou artificielle. La chirurgie transconjonctivale des paupi\u00e8res inf\u00e9rieures a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par une incision \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de la paupi\u00e8re afin de traiter cette r\u00e9gion sans incision cutan\u00e9e externe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le transfert de graisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans la partie m\u00e9diane du visage pour restaurer certaines zones de perte de volume li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge et favoriser un contour facial plus doux et plus jeune. Le lifting du visage et du cou en plan profond a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour repositionner les tissus faciaux profonds, am\u00e9liorer la d\u00e9finition de la m\u00e2choire et r\u00e9duire le rel\u00e2chement du bas du visage et du cou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;objectif global \u00e9tait de rajeunir le visage dans son ensemble tout en pr\u00e9servant les caract\u00e9ristiques faciales individuelles et l&#8217;expression naturelle de la patiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La patiente a partag\u00e9 avec nous ses <\/span><b>photographies prises 6 mois apr\u00e8s l&#8217;intervention<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00c0 ce stade, la majeure partie du gonflement avait disparu et les tissus faciaux s&#8217;\u00e9taient consid\u00e9rablement stabilis\u00e9s, permettant une \u00e9valuation plus claire du r\u00e9sultat chirurgical.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La patiente et notre \u00e9quipe chirurgicale \u00e9taient toutes deux tr\u00e8s satisfaites du r\u00e9sultat. Les photographies avant et apr\u00e8s ci-dessous montrent une apparence rafra\u00eechie, une meilleure d\u00e9finition du bas du visage et du cou ainsi qu&#8217;un aspect plus repos\u00e9, sans modifier l&#8217;identit\u00e9 faciale naturelle de la patiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les processus individuels de cicatrisation et les r\u00e9sultats chirurgicaux
