V\u00e5r patient \u00e4r en 28-\u00e5rig kvinna fr\u00e5n Norge som tidigare hade genomg\u00e5tt br\u00f6stf\u00f6rstoring med 475 cc implantat med h\u00f6g profil. Med tiden hade implantaten sjunkit och glidit lateralt. Efter en noggrann konsultation valde vi att byta ut dem mot 525 cc implantat med moderat profil f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra fylligheten i \u00f6vre delen av br\u00f6stet. Vi utf\u00f6rde \u00e4ven lateral och inferior kapsulorrafi. Patienten \u00e4r mycket n\u00f6jd med resultatet och delade v\u00e4nligen sina postoperativa bilder med oss.<\/span><\/p>\n\n \n
