Our 55-year-old patient applied to us due to sagging on her face because she lost 40 kg after gastric sleeve surgery. After a detailed preoperative interview, we decided to perform deep plan facial neck lift lateral brow lift and fractıonal laser application to the whole face.
The operation lasted about 4 and a half hours. During the operation, after the skin flap was lifted, the subsmas plan was entered and all retaining ligaments were cut and full mobilization was provided to the fascia tissue, the smas flap was adapted to its new place. At the same time, the neck was entered through the under-chin incision and the perihyoid fascia was released.
The deep fat tissue was removed and a beautiful jaw line was obtained. Finally, 1 week after the surgery, fractional laser was performed for fine wrinkles After we removed the stitches of our patient we sent her to her country and we continue her rcontrols by taking photos at regular intervals.

Plastic Surgeon Dr. Erman Ak completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin and his high school education at Mersin Science High School. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine as a Medical Doctor in 2014. He started his specialist training at Istanbul University Çapa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2014.
