Our 27-year-old patient, who came from Dubai, complained about the lack of volume and sagging in her breasts. After the examination in our clinic, we decided to use a 360 cc demi profile Motiva brand prosthesis to suit the breast size of our patient. After seeing that there was no problem in the pre-operative examinations, we completed the surgery using a 360 cc implant with a superior pedicle wise pattern and took photographs of our patient when he applied to us for rhinoplasty 1 year later. Our patient and we are very pleased with the result.
