A 28-year-old female patient contacted our clinic with concerns about breast sagging and loss of upper-pole volume. Her main goal was to achieve a fuller, lifted breast shape while maintaining an overall appearance that remained proportionate to her body.

During the consultation, we carefully evaluated her breast anatomy, skin quality, existing breast tissue, degree of sagging, chest dimensions, and aesthetic expectations. Based on this assessment, we planned a breast lift combined with 425 cc moderate-profile breast implants.

The breast lift was performed to reposition the breast tissue and improve the position of the nipple-areola complex. At the same time, the implants were used to restore volume, particularly in the upper portion of the breasts, where the patient had experienced noticeable fullness loss.

The choice of a moderate-profile implant was made to provide a balanced combination of width and projection suitable for the patient’s chest anatomy. Implant selection is always individualized, as the final appearance depends not only on implant volume but also on breast base width, soft tissue characteristics, skin elasticity, and overall body proportions.

The photographs below show the patient’s 2-year postoperative result. Long-term follow-up images are especially useful because they allow the breast shape, implant position, and overall contour to be evaluated after the initial healing and settling period has passed.

The patient shared her two-year result with us and reported that she remains very pleased with the outcome. We are also very satisfied with the maintained breast position, restored upper-pole fullness, and overall balance achieved with the combined breast lift and augmentation procedure.

As with all breast surgery, healing patterns and long-term results can vary from patient to patient.
