A 40-year-old female patient contacted our clinic with concerns about breast sagging and a noticeable loss of volume in the upper pole of the breasts. Her main goal was to achieve a fuller, more lifted breast shape while preserving overall balance and proportion.

During the consultation, we evaluated her breast anatomy, skin quality, existing breast tissue, degree of sagging, chest width, and aesthetic expectations. Based on these findings, we planned a breast lift combined with 475 cc moderate-profile breast implants.

The breast lift was performed to reshape and elevate the breast tissue and improve the position of the nipple-areola complex. At the same time, the implants were used to restore lost volume and provide additional fullness, particularly in the upper breast area.

A moderate-profile implant was selected to achieve a balanced relationship between breast width and projection. Implant volume alone does not determine the final appearance, as factors such as chest dimensions, soft tissue thickness, skin elasticity, and the amount of existing breast tissue also play an important role in surgical planning.

The photographs below show the patient’s 1-year postoperative result. At this stage, the breasts have had sufficient time to settle, soften, and reach a more stable postoperative shape, making long-term evaluation more meaningful than in the early healing period.

The patient shared her one-year result with us and reported that she was very pleased with the outcome. We are also very satisfied with the improvement in breast position, restored upper-pole fullness, projection, and overall body proportion achieved through the combined breast lift and augmentation procedure.

As with all breast surgery, healing and long-term results may vary from patient to patient.
