A 59-year-old female patient contacted our clinic because she was concerned about a tired facial appearance and wanted to achieve a fresher, more rejuvenated look. During the consultation, she emphasized that preserving her natural facial expression was extremely important to her.

Her main concerns were the lower eyelid area and the laxity in the lower face and neck. Following a detailed facial assessment, we planned a comprehensive rejuvenation procedure that included a brow lift, transconjunctival lower eyelid surgery, fat transfer to the midface, and a deep plane face and neck lift.

The brow lift was designed to subtly refresh the upper face without creating an overly elevated or unnatural appearance. Transconjunctival lower eyelid surgery was performed through an incision inside the eyelid to address the lower eyelid region without an external skin incision.

Fat transfer was used in the midface to restore selected areas of age-related volume loss and support a softer, more youthful facial contour. The deep plane face and neck lift was then performed to reposition deeper facial tissues, improve jawline definition, and reduce laxity in the lower face and neck.

The overall objective was to rejuvenate the face as a whole while maintaining the patient’s individual facial characteristics and natural expression.

The patient shared her 6-month postoperative photographs with us. At this stage, the majority of swelling had resolved and the facial tissues had settled significantly, allowing the surgical result to be evaluated more clearly.

Both the patient and our surgical team were very pleased with the outcome. The before-and-after photographs below demonstrate a refreshed appearance, improved lower-face and neck definition, and a more rested look without changing the patient’s natural facial identity.

Individual healing patterns and surgical outcomes may vary.
