A 55-year-old female patient from the United States contacted our clinic after previously undergoing multiple non-invasive facial rejuvenation treatments. Although she had tried several procedures, she explained that she was not satisfied with the degree of improvement and was looking for a more comprehensive and longer-lasting surgical approach.

Following a detailed evaluation, we planned a combination of procedures designed to rejuvenate the face while preserving her natural expression and facial identity. The surgical plan included a deep plane face and neck lift, upper eyelid surgery, a brow lift, and facial fat transfer.

The deep plane face and neck lift was performed to address age-related descent of the facial tissues, improve jawline definition, and create a smoother transition between the face and neck. Upper eyelid surgery was used to reduce excess skin and improve the appearance of the upper eye area, while the brow lift was planned conservatively to create a refreshed look without an overly elevated or artificial result.

Facial fat transfer was also performed to restore volume in selected areas where age-related volume loss had contributed to a tired or deflated appearance. The overall objective was not to change the patient’s face, but to create a more rested, balanced, and naturally rejuvenated version of her existing features.

The before-and-after photographs below demonstrate the postoperative changes following this combined facial rejuvenation approach. The patient reported that she was very pleased with the result, particularly because she felt that her facial expression had remained natural. She also shared that she had received many positive comments from people around her.

As with all facial surgery, healing continues over time and individual results may vary.
