A 50-year-old female patient from the Netherlands contacted our clinic after previously undergoing an unsatisfactory tummy tuck procedure. She was looking for a revision surgery that could improve the contour of her abdomen and create a more balanced overall body shape.

Approximately five years ago, we performed a tummy tuck revision combined with liposuction. The aim of the revision was to address the remaining contour irregularities and improve the shape of the abdominal area following her previous surgery. Liposuction was added to refine selected areas and support a smoother transition between the abdomen and surrounding body contours.

Two years later, the patient returned to our clinic for another procedure. At that time, she wanted her existing breast implants removed and preferred a more natural breast shape without implants. We therefore performed breast implant removal combined with a breast lift. The goal was to reshape and elevate the breast tissue while creating a proportionate appearance that suited her body.

The before-and-after photographs below include the patient’s five-year postoperative result following her tummy tuck revision and liposuction. Long-term follow-up photographs are particularly valuable because they demonstrate how surgical results can evolve and maintain over time after the initial healing period.

The patient recently shared her postoperative photographs with us and reported that she remains very pleased with the outcome. We are also very satisfied with the long-term improvement in her abdominal contour and overall body proportions.

Every revision procedure requires an individualized surgical plan, particularly when previous operations have altered the anatomy, scar tissue, and skin quality. Surgical outcomes and healing patterns can vary from patient to patient.
