A 34-year-old female patient from Poland contacted our clinic with concerns about small breast volume and a desire for a fuller, more proportionate breast appearance. During the consultation process, her expectations, body proportions, breast anatomy, skin quality, chest width, and existing breast tissue were carefully evaluated.
Following a detailed physical examination, we decided to use 400 cc high-profile breast implants placed in the dual-plane position. This technique allows part of the implant to sit beneath the pectoral muscle while the lower portion is positioned in a way that supports a natural breast contour.
The choice of a high-profile implant was made to provide greater projection while maintaining a breast width suitable for the patient’s chest anatomy. Implant selection is always individualized, as the same implant volume can produce very different results depending on the patient’s breast base, rib cage, soft tissue thickness, and overall body frame.
The main goal in this case was to increase breast volume while creating a balanced and feminine shape that remained proportionate to the patient’s physique. Particular attention was given to upper-pole fullness, projection, symmetry, and the transition between the breast and chest wall.
The patient shared her 4-month postoperative photographs with us. At this stage, the implants had already begun to settle into a more natural position, although breast shape and softness may continue to evolve during the healing process.
Both the patient and our surgical team were very pleased with the result at four months. The before-and-after photographs below demonstrate the improvement in breast volume, projection, and overall body proportions.
